Returns and Refunds Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

NourishCap sells two kinds of products. Products from our partner vendors are shipped to you by the vendor. Fresh mushrooms grown by NourishCap are picked up locally in North Webster, Indiana. Here is how refunds work for each.

Products from our partner vendors

  • Contact us within 30 days of your order date. Include your order number, plus a photo if the item arrived damaged or was the wrong item.

  • We review each request and may refund up to the full price you paid.

  • You do not need to send the item back. A photo is enough.

  • After 30 days, we will put you in touch with the vendor, who handles the request under its own policy.

  • If a vendor offers a more generous policy, we note it on that product's page.

Fresh mushrooms grown by NourishCap (local pickup)

Fresh mushrooms are perishable, so we cannot take them back. If something was wrong with your order, tell us within 2 weeks of pickup and we will make it right at our discretion.

Mushroom subscriptions

Subscriptions are covered by our Consumer Terms of Service and Restaurant Terms of Service.
