Nourish Cap is looking for a digital marketing professional with expertise in webinar development, social media promotions, and educational marketing content. This is a part-time 6-12 month contract which will follow with options for extension and daily time increases in the future of what will hopefully become a fruitful, many-year relationship. If you enjoy creating engaging, educational content that drives conversions, we’d love to hear from you.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, Google Ads, and content creation.
Strong knowledge of webinar platforms (OBS preferred), CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred), and content creation tools.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, etc.)
Experience in designing and delivering online courses or webinar series.
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, etc.).
Ability to research, curate, and adapt content for diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience working remotely with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Ability and unwavering willingness to serve all constituencies without bias (including, without limitation, bias based on race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin).
Background in digital marketing strategy and campaign management.
Experience with social media marketing and content distribution.
Proficiency in video editing and multimedia content creation.
Familiarity with book writing and long-form content development.
Ability to analyze audience engagement and refine content strategy.
Nourish Cap seeks a creative and strategic content creator to
Develop and produce engaging digital content, including webinar presentations, social media campaigns, and educational materials.
Design and host a comprehensive digital marketing webinar series, incorporating industry trends and best practices.
Convert webinar content into written formats such as blog posts, whitepapers, and a potential book manuscript.
Implement strategic content promotion through social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Track content performance metrics and audience engagement to refine future content strategies.
Maintain an organized system for tracking content drafts, milestones, and publishing schedules.
Create, refine, and update webinar presentation materials.
Write and edit marketing content for blogs, social media, and educational materials.
Manage and schedule social media promotions for upcoming webinars and content.
Track content engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Conduct research on emerging trends in digital advertising and industry-specific marketing.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy.
*Note: We are currently interviewing applicants to join the team on a part-time basis and with the opportunity to do more as our client base grows. The time commitment for this position is expected to start at about 12-20 hours per week, with more billable work becoming available over time.
