Nourish Cap seeks an ad-writing professional with working knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing experience for a part-time 6-12 month contract which will follow with options for extension and daily time increases in the future of what will hopefully become a fruitful, many-year relationship.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, Google Ads, and ad copywriting.
Exceptional writing and grammar skills in English.
Familiarity with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, etc.).
Proficiency in A/B testing and performance analysis for ad content.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Experience with CRM software and project management tools preferred.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to work in a virtual office environment.

Craft compelling ad copy for Google Ads, social media, and other digital marketing campaigns tailored to different target audiences in the mushroom industry, including nonprofit organizations.
Conduct industry research to stay updated on trends, best practices, and competitor strategies in digital advertising.
Optimize ad messaging for engagement and conversion, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
Analyze ad performance data to make informed content adjustments and improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team and company leadership to align ad copy with client objectives and company standards.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of ad campaign performance, iterations, and key insights.
Write, test, and refine multiple ad copy variations to optimize performance.
Develop platform-specific messaging strategies for digital ads.
