This Privacy Policy explains how Bashpole Software, Inc., doing business as NourishCap.com and PromoterMotor.com ("NourishCap," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit nourishcap.com and its related pages, subscribe to our newsletter, register for webinars, buy products or subscriptions, apply for internships, become a member, or otherwise contact us (together, the "Services").

• Co-marketing partners, such as The Center for Mushroom Understanding, Science, and Health (CMUSH), only with your permission.

• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NourishCap, our users, or others.

• Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you messages about the topics you signed up for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.

Cookies and Your Choices

You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, though some parts of the Services may not work properly without them.
